You can return a purchased item within 10 days from the date of delivery if the item is in its original packaging and has packaging has not been tampered with, and in the same condition as when you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. After 10 days from the date of delivery it unfortunately is no longer possible to return the item. We aim for full satisfaction and hence you can return your item free of charge.

Cancellations : You can cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped which is typically within four hours. Orders placed after 17:00 can be cancelled until 08:00 AM the following day. Refunds will be made according to our refund policy.

Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will get in contact via email, WhatsApp or phone to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the received items to check that they fulfill the above criteria for returned items. If the criteria are fulfilled we will initiate the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15-20 banking days.
