CARING FOR YOUR 100% ORGANIC COTTON CLOTHES

 

100% Organic cotton may shrink with washing (3 %) because it is not chemically treated. Therefore, please note further care instructions:

 

DO

For the first wash, it is best to use a cold wash or maximum 30 ° C water Temperature

Use a normal or mild detergent

Wash inside out

Wash with similar colors

Re-shape while damp

Preferable air dry 

Can be ironed at medium temperature

For Organic cotton Jersey fabric we recommend max.  30 ° C

For cotton poplin fabric we recomand max. 40 ° C

When washing please consider the environmental impact of the resources used.

DON’T

Expose your organic cotton pieces to high temperatures

Use bleach, softeners, or harsh stain removers

Tumble-dry 

Wash too often

Sustainable linen care: gentle washing and hang-drying.

Linen clothes need less washing than you’d expect. Hang them up to ventilate between wears. This prolongs the life of your clothes and also it is environment friendly.

Hand-wash at a low temperature (max. 30°C)

Eco-friendly wash detergent

Hang-dry only

Steam or iron at a regular setting

While TENCEL™ is generally easy to care for, there are a few things you need to keep in mind in order to enjoy your TENCEL™ garments for as long as possible.

DO

Hand-wash or dry clean only

Hang-dry your TENCEL™ pieces
